Responsibilities

The Zoning Plans Examiner is responsible for reviewing development proposals, site plans, and permit applications to ensure compliance with the City’s zoning code and applicable land use regulations. The position leads the administrative review of zoning plans to support the implementation of the adopted zoning code and promote high-quality development throughout the community.
