Role Details:

Responsible for managing overall P&L of the zone through a team of Regional Heads, Area Managers and Relationship Managers with strong leadership skills and Effective Service orientation. Strong man management skills coupled with Wealth Management expertise.

Overall Job Description:

• Deliver the objectives of Pioneer Banking channel for the zone by leading a team of Relationship Managers and their supervisors
• Drive daily sales rigor by analyzing the customer data, sales performance metrics and articulating the key business imperatives of Affluent Banking Business
• Hire, train and grow people in the zone to ensure customer centricity and RM productivity growth
• Strategize and drive initiatives in the zone to ensure sustainable growth of the business
• Expand presence in regions new to the bank to tap into new and prospective customer base
