Youth drop‑in centre.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports or case histories.
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Assess client skill strengths and development needs.
• Conduct follow‑up assessments.
• Housekeeping activities.
• Food preparation.
• Resolve conflict situations.
• Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients.
• Maintain program statistics for evaluation and research.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings.
• Manage knowledge.
• Offer mentoring.
• Supervise office and volunteer staff.
