Youth Worker II, Full-Time

Position

The Youth Worker II is the key-worker responsible for leading the day-to-day operations in the group home. They provide and maintain a safe, supportive home environment that is based on Indigenous culture.

Schedule

Two permanent full-time positions with a weekly schedule of 32+ hours per week.

• Rotation 1: Sunday and Monday and Tuesday through Thursday
• Rotation 2: Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday through Saturday

In Your Role You Will

• Assist and support youth with developing and achieving personal goals.
• Teach and encourage age‑appropriate life skills such as communication, emotional well‑being, problem solving, cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and being a positive role model.
