Make a significant impact as a Nurse Practitioner at the Durham Community Health Centre's Youth Wellness Hub. This part-time role focuses on delivering holistic care tailored to youth's diverse health needs.
In this position, you will provide comprehensive primary care to youth in Oshawa South, part of a dynamic inter-professional team. You’ll engage in health assessments, manage treatment plans, and foster community partnerships to ensure accessible services. Your practice will be guided by principles of trauma-responsive care and cultural safety.
Key Responsibilities:
