The Youth Programs Associate is personable, detail‑oriented, active, energetic, and a zealous leader who plans youth programs and activities with the Youth Programs, Playroom, and Aquatics Manager. They have an innate ability to program various youth activities such as rock climbing, ninja courses, and youth camps, etc. They are passionate about working with and assisting children/youth and possess strong leadership skills. They maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the position.
