Join TNG as a Youth Justice Worker in Toronto, focusing on case management and conflict resolution for youth involved in the justice system. This position is integral to community safety and youth empowerment.
TNG is looking for four full-time Youth Justice Workers to contribute to the Youth and Youth Justice Services. Your role will involve implementing effective youth criminal justice programs and working directly with at-risk populations. You will also facilitate workshops and develop strategies for violence prevention and youth support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee Youth Criminal Justice programs
• Actively support youth through systems navigation
• Maintain and manage client case files rigorously
• Lead violence prevention and conflict resolution workshops
• Build relationships with community resources and partners

• B.S.W. or BA in a relevant field with 2 years' experience
