This role involves on-site work and requires a background in electro-mechanical systems. You will undergo thorough training while maintaining high standards for service delivery and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service to all customers
• Repair devices using electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Meet defined productivity goals including response times
• Manage parts costs efficiently during service visits
• Independently complete service calls to client expectations
Requirements:
• Prior experience in electro-mechanical roles preferred
• Excellent time management abilities
• Current valid driver's license and insurance
