Key Responsibilities:
• Support contract negotiation and drafting processes
• Advise stakeholders on legal and risk considerations
• Review and draft legal documents such as agreements
• Assess project risks and present findings to committees
• Work collaboratively on contractual disputes and claims
Requirements:
• Member of a provincial Bar in Canada with 3+ years’ legal experience
• Experience with commercial agreements in construction
