This position is primarily in-office, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after onboarding and training. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of California workers' compensation defense matters. Represent employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators throughout the litigation process. Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB).
