In this position, you will oversee vital accounts receivable functions, ensuring daily transactions and customer engagements are seamless and efficient. Your attention to detail will play a role in analyzing customer claims and coordinating with various departments for effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer payments, remittances, and deductions
• Conduct thorough analyses of customer claims
• Manage collections and follow-ups with clients
• Perform regular account reconciliations for accuracy
• Generate various financial reports as necessary
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Preferred background in food manufacturing industry
• Education in Accounting from a recognized institution
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
