Join Wine Kitz in Saskatoon as a Part-Time Retail and Winemaking Assistant. Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their unique wine creations.
At Wine Kitz, our core mission is to help customers craft their own wine. We are looking for an organized and friendly assistant to support daily operations. You’ll assist customers with inquiries about wine-making products and ensure smooth service during bottling and labeling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers in-store with their needs
• Manage questions about wine kits and services offered
• Process customer payments using the point-of-sale system
• Support customers in bottling, labeling, and packaging wine
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable and punctual team player
• Experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous
• Familiarity with wine or a willingness to learn
