Wholesale Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Coordinator to support Clutch's Canadian wholesale operation. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day administration of wholesale, dealer, and export transactions — from confirming vehicle availability to ensuring clean documentation and smooth pickups. You'll be a key operational link between our internal teams, dealer partners, and auction platforms.

What you’ll do

• Manage titles and ownerships end-to-end — work with eBlock, Openlane, and other auctions on title flow for returned and resold units, investigate missing-title cases with accounting and the admin team, and unblock held funds by resolving title issues quickly
• Own the BOS and dealer deal close-out process — prepare and send bills of sale for wholesale transactions, then verify payment confirmation, signed BOS, and confirmed pickup before marking deals complete
