You'll work at the intersection of design and manufacturing — spending most of your time on the factory floor, collaborating closely with our Mexico-based sourcing team and factory partners to bring western boot collections to life.
You'll serve as a key creative link between our US product development team and local production.What You'll Do
Design and develop western boots and footwear for Justin Boots and Tony Lama Brands
Collaborate daily with factory partners in León and with the US product team remotely
Create technical sketches, CAD files, and visual presentations to communicate design intent
