Job Description
Contribute to community development as a temporary Engineering Assistant I with the District of West Vancouver. This full-time role focuses on supporting municipal engineering tasks through field and office work.
You will work closely with the Transportation Engineer for approximately nine months, performing data analysis for various infrastructure elements, preparing construction notices, and conducting site inspections. Your contributions will help address community needs and improve livability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze data related to roads and multi-use pathways
• Document sightline issues due to vegetation
• Manage responses to resident inquiries and complaints
• Participate in site inspections for municipal work
