York Region Educational Services (YRES) is a not‑for‑profit organization that provides free and affordable educational resources in a safe and supportive environment to inspire personal growth. We are a non‑profit organization focused on making an impact on students through education and community programs.

Opportunity

We are looking for a Well-being Assistant Volunteer—someone devoted to giving back to their community, making an impact, and who loves sharing knowledge. YRES is dedicated to leading community volunteerism and provides a wide range of volunteer positions in communities in the Greater Vancouver Area, Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, and Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Creating meaningful anti-bullying content to spread awareness
• Engaging in virtual fitness sessions to promote healthy habits
• Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment online
• Representing YRES online
