Job Title: Welder & Machine Operator

The Welder & Machine Operator is responsible for performing high‑quality welds to drawings and safely operating production machinery to support manufacturing schedules. This role ensures components are produced to specification, equipment is used effectively, and safety standards are consistently followed.

Shift Schedule

Day Shift (Monday to Thursday) 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain welding equipment and press as required.
• Fit and weld pre‑cut/pre‑drilled hanger components to a high degree of accuracy as shown on engineered drawings.
• Take ownership of work area, perform housekeeping, organize the area, and manage material storage.
• Safely operate all equipment inside the shop.
• Maintain attendance during the scheduled shift, including the ability to work overtime as required.
