BX Studio, a leading Webflow design-and-development agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Webflow Developer to own and elevate our most complex web projects. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and junior developers to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance sites—on time, on budget, and at the cutting edge of Webflow’s capabilities. Fluency in English and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential.

What you’ll do

• Lead builds end-to-end—from scoping and wireframes to launch and post-launch optimizations.
• Architect scalable Webflow systems (components, class structures, CMS schema) using Client-First or similar methodologies.
• Mentor and review junior developers, establishing best practices for accessibility, performance, and responsive design.
