Wealth Associate (Metro Vancouver)

This is a 1‑year contract position covering a 12‑month maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and cover all client servicing needs, transactions, wires, interest calculations and account openings on all platforms and jurisdictions.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operational efficiencies.
• Communicate with team members, manage numerous high‑pressure situations, and speak directly with clients to help solve problems.
• Be responsible for client maturities and the movement of funds.
• May be required to work any Canadian statutory holiday and take a day in lieu.
• Oversee compliance requirements and perform monthly and quarterly checks and audits.
• Use CRM to maintain clear, detailed notes of logged activities, delegate tasks properly, and update client profiles.
