Job Description
Step into the role of Water Damage Response Technician and support families in crisis. Your role will involve restoring properties and providing critical assistance after water damage incidents.
In this position, you will help minimize the impact of catastrophic events on customers’ lives. Taking initiative and professionalism is key as you’ll work with urgency and dedication to ensure effective restoration. Travel to various job sites throughout the Okanagan Valley will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address water damage emergencies with urgency
• Implement restoration processes as per instructions
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Maintain detailed communication with clients
• Navigate to job sites reliably and efficiently
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport essential
• Level 1 First Aid certification preferred
• Strong organizational and detail focus
• Competence in following verbal and written directions
