Job Description
Overview
Wastewater Plant Operator must have the qualifications, technical knowledge, experience and skills required to efficiently operate, maintain and repair the Wastewater Treatment System which includes Wastewater Treatment Plants, Piping and Collection Systems including Bilge and Oily Water Treatment System (BOWTS) and collection system, Trickling Filter Plants and Septic Tanks.
Responsibilities
+ Performs daily tasks and work orders involving wastewater treatment operations and maintenance.
+ Perform maintenance and repair shall include all work necessary to complete facility and system restoration, including touch-up painting, corrosion control and operational checks.
+ Operate and maintain equipment at the treatment facility.
+ Submit accurate and complete documents within the required time frames.
