As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will oversee pick and pack operations while ensuring that all orders are processed accurately using NAV software. You will develop a strong team atmosphere, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines during operations. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to lead cross-training initiatives to maximize efficiency.
