Job SummaryOversee the daily operations of the warehouse identifying organizational needs, providing guidance, support, and managing the relationship between staff, business, and management.
Responsibilities/Description - Guide and direct warehouse operators to manage day to day activities for inbound/outbound shipments - Organize specific transport (products return, between customers for non-divisional products, for semi-finish products or raw materials) - Manage any customer logistics requirements (via Customer Service, other internal departments) and follow up with required action for response to resolve issues providing excellent service level to customers (internal and external).
