Job Description Position Profile Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain preferred. Experience: 2+ years in warehouse operations; prior supervisory experience is highly valued. 
Certifications: Forklift certification, OSHA safety training, and WMS proficiency are often required.
