Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Warehouse Site Leader to oversee daily operations at our Cofradía site. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong floor leadership with data-driven decision-making and proven experience in warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound, storage, inventory, outbound)
Drive operational performance through KPIs (safety, quality, productivity, costs)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as main point of escalation
Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports and +70 indirect employees
Conduct daily Gemba walks to ensure execution, safety, and process adherence
