What you'll do
Manages employees assigned to meet customer and supplier requirements/planning including all support functions, inventory control, packaging, and storage while meeting or exceeding approved financial budget.
Verifies all processes, and standards with safety related as the priority, are being followed and improved.
Responsible for the development, performance, and continuous improvement of all shifts of assigned cells/areas.
Ensures that associates are adequately trained, that work is performed safely and efficiently, and that safety incidents are thoroughly investigated with effective corrective actions.
Ensures communication and feedback flows up, down, and across all levels and shifts/teams as needed.
Ensures adequate resources, including support personnel, are available and that customer standards are maintained.
