Warehouse Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to support the efficient operation of the IMDEX warehouse by performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of goods and materials to customers and satellite warehouses. The role is crucial in ensuring that rental fleet items are received, stored, and shipped accurately and in a timely manner and that inventory is managed effectively.

Receiving Shipments

• Receive rental tools and kits returning from hire, unpacking, recording, and routing kit components to appropriate storage areas.
• Inspect and verify incoming deliveries from vendors against purchase orders, recording incoming shipment and advising of shipment receipt.
• Pick and pack outgoing sales and rental orders, assembling kits, containers, and skids, and recording shipment content.
