Walmart Canada is hiring a Self-Checkout Attendant who will focus on providing excellent customer service while managing self-service transactions. Your role will include educating customers on checkout technologies and maintaining an organized area. You will also assist with any customer issues and ensure quality checks are performed when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a clean and organized self-checkout space
• Guide customers on proper self-checkout procedures
• Monitor customers for possible assistance requirements
• Manage EAS alarm responses and logs
• Inform management of low cash levels or tech problems
Requirements:
• Age of 16 years or older required
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented in maintaining checkout operations
