Step into the role of Sales Administrator at Vuteq Technical Center Americas in Woodstock, Ontario. This position plays a crucial role in assisting with product contract updates while liaising with Sales Coordinators.
You will contribute to the sales process by keeping customer relations smooth and addressing service part discrepancies effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to manage tasks will ensure that quoting processes run seamlessly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Sales Coordinators with contract updates
• Gather information for accurate quote assembly
• Maintain communication with customers and branches
• Upload production contracts from customer websites
• Assist with data entry and tracking updates
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in business or related field
• Sales experience of 0-1 year
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
