The Opportunity: Leading a regional team with expertise in operations and sales, the Vice President is accountable for achieving financial performance targets, driving occupancy and revenue growth, delivering an exceptional resident experience, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring effective risk and reputation management. The role works closely with corporate leaders across sales, operations, marketing, communications, resident care, food services, asset management, lifestyle and programs, and human resources to support operational excellence and strategic execution.
