Visual Merchandising/Activity Co-worker

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• You have completed a design-based program and hold a relevant degree or diploma.
• You bring hands‑on experience with IKEA Communication & Interior (Com&In) processes.
• You are proficient in AutoCAD, with Revit experience considered a strong asset.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
• You combine creative thinking with strong commercial visual competence and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• You enjoy working in a physically demanding, fast‑paced, work environment and are comfortable with working on ladders and with heights.
• You actively seek smarter, simpler, and more cost‑efficient ways of working.
• You have a genuine passion for home furnishing and retail design.
