Visiting Wound Care Nurse (RN/RPN)

Job Summary

MedStaff, a trusted leader in the health care community, is currently seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for our Community Visiting Nursing Program in the Greater Toronto Area.

Compensation: $43.10 - $60.00 per hour (based on certification) plus vacation pay and travel allowance. Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Paid continuing education sessions and in‑services are included.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and other health care professionals to formulate a plan of care based on patient assessment.
• Provide nursing care to patients according to the written plan of care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust accordingly in consultation with the patient, family, caregiver, and other health care professionals.
