Job Description
Take on the role of Vineyard Care Worker in Duncan, BC, focusing on the growth and management of vines. This seasonal, full-time position starts May 11, 2026.
We are looking for candidates committed to enhancing the health of our vineyard through physical labor and management skills. In this role, you'll apply fertilizers, tend to the vine canopy, and manage plant security. Experience is not mandatory as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply necessary fertilizers for vine health
• Maintain and manage the overall growth of vines
• Tie and secure plants effectively
• Perform weeding to keep vineyard clear
Requirements:
• Must be a permanent or temporary resident of Canada
• Capable of heavy lifting (up to 23 kg)
• Willing to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
• Be ready to work in rural settings without public transport
