Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President US Risk & Compliance Chief of Staff within HSBC's Global Service Center (GSC). The Chief of Staff team supports Chief Risk Officers and Chief Compliance Officers across an array of activities, including day‑to‑day business management requirements.

Responsibilities

• People strategy and performance management
• Organizational design, discreet and non‑transformation/strategic projects
• Facilitate strategic decisions and mediate across senior stakeholders within Global Business (GB), Global Functions (GF) and Digital Business Services (DBS), mitigating risks and issues as they arise
• Interface with Group Risk & Compliance on a variety of issues and workstreams
• Financial cost control and planning
• Risks and control oversight
• Oversee and manage internal governance and program frameworks
