We are partnering with a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial food manufacturing company to identify a VP of Operations to lead plant operations during a critical phase of expansion.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth business that is scaling its production footprint from an 11,000 sq. ft. facility to a newly built 35,000 sq. ft. operation, with significant revenue upside tied to capacity expansion.

This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to build, scale, and lead from the front.
