Vice President of Risk at Starlight

Lead Starlight’s Risk Management initiatives as the Vice President of Insurance and Risk. This senior role focuses on optimizing insurance programs and enhancing risk mitigation strategies across all business areas.
Reporting to the EVP, General Counsel, you will oversee Starlight's comprehensive risk management and insurance programs in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. This leadership position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management or commercial insurance, focusing on large-scale insurance frameworks and complex claim environments. You’ll also collaborate with various departments to identify emerging risks and enhance operational resilience.
