As a key player in the Platform Transformation Group at Citco, you will design and implement automated processes to optimize reconciliation tools. Your ability to lead multiple projects and manage stakeholder communications will be essential to ensuring timely deliveries of critical milestones within the Transformation Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead concurrent projects from initiation through to completion
• Manage communications and expectations with stakeholders
• Optimize team performance and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with industry standards in technical oversight
• Conduct risk analysis and maintain project reporting
Requirements:
• 8+ years in financial services with reconciliation expertise
• Proven project leadership and stakeholder management skills
