Our direct client is looking for a
VP of Finance
that has a background with
the Life Science or Diagnostics industry
with
manufacturing
background for a full‑time direct hire in the Mississauga / Toronto, Canada area.
Position: VP of Finance
Salary $250k - $295k + RSU
Open for Hybrid
Qualifications – VP of Finance
Life sciences Industry experience
Required
with either one of these: pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostic and IVD –
Required
Proven startup experience
in a high‑growth
or
early‑stage environment
Deep manufacturing finance expertise , with in‑house production manufacturing experience
Demonstrated experience scaling in‑house manufacturing operations
from a finance perspective
Hands‑on leadership of ERP implementation(s)
and financial systems buildout
