Become a home health nurse with VHA Home HealthCare, providing vital care to adults throughout the Central region. This part-time role allows you to build connections while managing your schedule.
We're looking for a compassionate RN or RPN to join our team and provide visiting nursing services. You will coordinate care for diverse clients while adhering to the standards and policies set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Your contributions will be vital to improving client outcomes and fostering independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and adjust individualized care plans for clients
