Vendor Management Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

1. Source, evaluate, and develop strategic supplier partnerships across trucking, ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, import & export, shipping lines, and airlines to support operational excellence.
2. Lead end-to-end RFQ processes, conduct thorough price benchmarking, and drive commercial negotiations to secure competitive and cost-effective rates.
3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier database, ensuring data integrity across vendor profiles, contract terms, and pricing history.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends across routes, ports, and transportation modes to provide actionable rate intelligence and support strategic decision-making.
5. Evaluate freight cost structures — including surcharges, fuel levies, and handling fees — to uncover cost optimization opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
