Job Description
Primary Purpose of the Position:
Deliver vehicle dynamics performance assessment expertise to our internal and external customers through modeling, testing and simulation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on lab tire force & moment testing, instrumented vehicle testing, tire/vehicle modeling and simulation.
Responsibilities:
Leverage our latest tire/vehicle testing capabilities and modeling/simulation technologies to accelerate product development.Further develop the creativity and innovation capacity of the team with a focus on virtual tire development.Engage with vehicle OEMs to shape our virtual tire/vehicle development process for efficiency, quality and robustness.Interface with simulation and testing teams on tire force & moment testing, instrumented vehicle testing, tire/vehicle modeling and simulation.Integrate with tire design teams and provide tire characteristic recommendations for tire desi...
