Salary Range

The salary of a teacher shall be determined in accordance with Article 32 of the OECTA Collective Agreement according to QECO rating and years of experience. Effective September 1, 2025 teacher salaries will range from $56,288.00 to $119,949.00 (based on a 1.0FTE).
