Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Value Creation Analyst located in Bogota, Colombia. The role will eventually be part of DePuy Synthes, a standalone orthopedic company established by Johnson & Johnson.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of commercial and pricing strategies across targeted products, customer segments, and geographies.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to understand pricing trends, customer needs, and trade dynamics.
• Build and maintain pricing and value models to assess the business impact of different commercial scenarios.
