UTM Experiential Learning Specialist
Job Description
Lead the growth of experiential learning at UTM as an Experiential Learning Specialist. Engage with students through academic and community-based opportunities in a collaborative role.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years' experience in an experiential learning context. You'll be instrumental in developing programs while advising students and supporting their placements. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in program evaluation are crucial for this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze labor market trends to inform initiatives
• Enhance employment services with revised best practices
• Manage contracts in line with University guidelines
• Monitor current policies and regulations
• Develop plans for integrating work experiences
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional background
• Five years in relevant experiential learning roles
• Experience in academic advising and placements
