Utilities Staff - Summer Term
Job Description
Job Purpose & Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in the safe operation and maintenance of the water distribution and wastewater collection system in compliance with environmental standards.
- Perform a wide variety of manual labour duties in the maintenance of the underground utility network and storm water management network.
- Assist in water and wastewater sampling, quality control, and testing.
- Aid in capturing data & inspection of the distribution and collection system.
- The work includes physical labour by performing repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications & Competencies
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Class 5 Driver License is preferred
More Details
Immediately till August 28th, 2026.
The wage for this position is $21.33. 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
