User Support Technicians
Job Description
Canada Inc operating as TDX Infrastructure Services located at 21 Parr Blvd Suite 3 Bolton, Ontario L7E 4G3 is looking for two User Support Technicians. The candidate should have either 3 months to 1 year of experience or certificate or Diploma in relevant field. Pay per hour will be in the range of $36.5 to 38 per hour depending on skills or experience. This is a full time position with 32-44 hours of work per week.
Job Duties
- Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Manage incidents
