About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Researcher to join a large digital design organization supporting enterprise-wide AI and digital transformation initiatives. This role will lead research strategy, execution, synthesis, and stakeholder engagement to drive user-centered product and design decisions.

The successful candidate will partner closely with design, product, technology, and business stakeholders to uncover user insights, validate design solutions, and influence strategic decision-making through evidence-based research.
