Our client is a growing manufacturer. They are looking for a US Tax Lead to join their team!
About the Opportunity
- Lead the preparation of the Group’s US income tax provision for financial reporting purposes
- Compile and review the calculation of the effective US income tax rate
- Compute and coordinate the remittance of estimated income tax payments and final tax payments at the US federal, state and local levels
- Coordinate and track relevant data for preparation of US income tax returns
- Develop quarterly transfer pricing adjustment recommendations to management
- Assist accountants with management of indirect tax processes on an as needed basis
- Manage correspondence and interactions with tax authorities, reconciliation of income tax accounts and the reports to management
