US Entity Compliance Specialist – Montreal
Responsibilities
- Interacting with global team members and clients to ensure entity management tasks are carried out in accordance with service agreements and protocols and that client data is maintained accurately;
- Ensuring entities remain in good standing by filing annual reports accurately and on time, running reports and utilizing tools to monitor entity status;
- Actively learning, listening and engaging with team members to enhance protocols and workflows by looking for opportunities to streamline processes;
