Responsibilities
- Perform rapid triage assessments and prioritize emergent cases
- Stabilize patients with acute illness, trauma, or critical conditions
- Administer medications and assist with emergency procedures
- Collaborate with ER physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Document care and comply with hospital protocols
- Educate patients on post-discharge care
Requirements
- Active RN license for Newfoundland and Labrador or British Columbia
- 3+ years recent ER/trauma experience in Canadian hospitals
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CTAS
- Clean criminal record check (within 180 days)
